Information the app may process Depending on how the app is used and which permissions are granted, Weltel Softphone may process the following categories of information: Account and configuration information The app may process information needed to configure and operate SIP calling, such as: SIP username or extension SIP server or domain details related account configuration needed for registration and calling Contact information If the user grants contact permission, the app may access contact information on the device to support: contact search caller identification quick dial and messaging assistance Call-related information The app may process call-related information needed for normal app operation, such as: call history within the app registration and call status information call recording references where recording features are used technical event logs related to app calling functions Diagnostics and support information The app includes support and troubleshooting tools. When the user chooses to export a support package, the exported file may include: app diagnostic logs technical support information relevant to the app device-level app support information relevant to troubleshooting.

How information is used Information processed by Weltel Softphone is used only for legitimate app functions, including: SIP registration and VoIP calling inbound and outbound call handling contact lookup and caller assistance call history and related in-app communication records call recording features where enabled diagnostics, troubleshooting, and support.

4. Data sharing Weltel does not sell personal data. Information processed by the app is used for service delivery, support, troubleshooting, and authorised business communication functions.
